I'm starting at 0.75gr per lb, that's 135grP/day. I weigh 180 and want to get down to 165. If I get to 165 and continue to consume 135grP day, I would be up to 0.9grP/lb . Reevaluate at that time. 25% protein, 50%fat, 25%carbs = 2160
Realistically my primary goal is to get enough clean protein and good fats, and let the rest take care of itself.
Bfast - protien My current caffeine routine is, one 16oz water before coffee, two 16oz coffees with 1scoop protein powder 24g, one scoop peanut butter powder +8g protein +2g fat, 1tbsp mct oil 14g fat, 2tbsp heavy cream +10 fat, That comes to 32g P, 26g F (which is about a 2/1 ratio in calories), 200mg caffeine and 10g creatine, a theanine cap sometimes if I remember, one more water in between the coffees and one after them, no caffeine after 2pm. That's usually about all the water I end up drinking, which isn't enough, I should get in at least two more. Some of these waters have electrolyte or green powder or herbal tea.
